TheMurad III Mosque (or Muradiye Mosque) has undergone later restorations but the plan of the building is unusual for a Sinan design because the central dome is flanked by semi-vaults instead of semi-domes. The mihrab is set within a shallow vaulted recess projecting from the back of the building, which give it an almost T-like plan.
